Great location, near to grand indonesia, easy going to everywhere

Bad breakfast, unfriendly staff

Hotel is superb, a very convinient location and walking distance to public attraction such as pasar baru, grand indonesia, tugu monas, semanggi mall etc

I arrived at the hotel at 8pm to found out that my room is no longer available. Since I don't have any other options, I've to upgrade my room. I'm a bit dissapointed since if I cancel my booking, I'll still have to pay the penalty which to be charged on my credit card.I thought when I use Booked.net service, my room is confirm since if there's no show, Booked.net will charge to my card right? However, I'll come back to stay in the hotel in the future to see if their improve their service.

Near the center of town, closed to mall/facilities, easy going, nearly everithing available(food-restaurant, amusment, shopping, wifi), passed by mass transportation, and the price very reasonable.

Wifi rather slowly, also the service to communication with new visitor is slowly. The system order via web with password has not effective.

Smart should not claimed it is not a 3 star hotel. Small and narrow lobby. Just 1 serving 69 rooms and 2 restaurants. The room is extreme small and does has the faculty of 3 star hotel. Don't even has a proper wardrop. Most taxi drivers (8 out of 10) does not know the location of Smart Hotel). The hotel does not even has a proper sign!

During my stay at the hotel, room next to me was being repaired. It is very disturbing my peace and comfort during my stay. Because the voice is very loud and so shake the room. And the hotel does not accept the complaint as well. I am very disappointed.

Internet not good. Rooms are not properly cleaned and reception area is not air conditioned. You can sweat while working on the in house PCs. Renovations are cheaply done!

Easy to find, central of city, near busway shelter.

Friendly staff, well situated to shopping n also train station..

The breakfast provided was indeed below par. The buffet lunch was totally unacceptable. No meet was in the spread for the buffet. Need to ensure that the before a customer checks into the room the basic amnesties are available. There was no soap (shower foam was empty when checked inn Towel railings were not available in another room which I moved into.

Pillows smelt of stale sweat, renovating rooms in the hotel - was woken and kept awake by the noise (8am-10pm)-renovating room next to mine, make sure you make your booking in IDR or you will be in for a big suprise when you turn up for checkin....there are other BETTER hotels around this hotel......maybe reconsider your choice

It would be nice if you had warm water in the shower. More english channels.

The room smell like a smoking room & squeezy. No window feeling trapped.

The staff were responsive and polite but friendly.

Pay in advance - I didn't know how many days I was going to be there, so this became a problem. The shower flooded, so did the was basin; the bathroom door handle was broken when I arrived. The room was cramped. The wi-fi didn't work: I had to change my laptop configuration to meet the hotel's and even then there was no connection. The breakfast was the worst food I've had in Indonesia and the worst hotel breakfast ever. As I pointed out to the staff, you couldn't sell it at a cafe. The location is reasonable, but impossible to get a taxi between 16.00 and about 19.00.

The location. Easy to move here and there.

The staffs are more 'on holiday' than working. I got a room with many things unsettled. No remote control for TV (I have to ask for it), an air-conditioner which not cooling the room even after 30 minutes and it is leaking, wetting my shoes. Then they changed my room which water in the bathroom slowly drain till it look like a flood. The breakfast is so poor. Choose either fried noodle or fried rice. If I want to have buffet, I need to add IDR17,000/person which I never encounter before in any of my travel to many places in Indonesia. With it's room rate, the customer should get the buffet breakfast without paying more money. Smart Hotel didn't smart as it's name (maybe because of the staff). On the second day, I can't open the door using the smart card key. I told the staff and he did call the reception to inform it. Why can't he just go downstairs doing something about it instead of calling the reception and then says to me, "This card is not working". I knew it and I went downstairs by myself! And, the funny things is they didn't realize that I already spent a night at their hotel when they asked me " Did you just check-in?". I am not a celebrity so they could know me well but they should have a checklist on which rooms are occupied and which rooms are vacant! Sorry guys, I worked in hotel line for more than 4 years and that is enough to make me know this very basic and simple thing. The staffs are busy chatting and making noise at the reception counter without respecting customers who sits or loitering around there. The lobby is so narrow and the ambiance is so not welcoming and comfy. As the result : I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. GO A BIT INSIDE AND TRY FIND STUDIO ONE RESIDENCE. THEY ARE MUCH BETTER!
